About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to every quotation, order, sale, supply of goods, printing service, packaging service and any other products or services provided by Sky Print and Enterprise unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms replace any previous versions published by Sky Print and Enterprise. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, legal requirements or industry practices. The latest version published on our website will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing contained within these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Sky Print and Enterprise.
- “Customer”, “you” and “your” mean the person, business or organisation purchasing or requesting products or services from Sky Print and Enterprise.
- “Goods” means all printed products, packaging products, labels, promotional materials, custom manufactured products and any other items supplied by Sky Print and Enterprise.
- “Services” means quotation preparation, design assistance, artwork processing, printing, packaging production, finishing, delivery and any related services supplied by Sky Print and Enterprise.
- “Artwork” includes logos, graphics, images, text, branding materials, product designs, technical drawings, packaging layouts, PDF files, Illustrator files and any other files supplied by the customer.
- “Order” means any confirmed purchase accepted by Sky Print and Enterprise.
- “Quotation” means any estimate, proposal or pricing information supplied before an order is confirmed.
Eligibility
By placing an order with Sky Print and Enterprise, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Where you place an order on behalf of a company, partnership, charity or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse any enquiry or order where we reasonably believe that accepting the order would be unlawful, impractical or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
Quotations
All quotations provided by Sky Print and Enterprise are prepared using the information available at the time the quotation is issued. Quotations are based upon the specifications, quantities, materials, finishes, delivery requirements and other information supplied by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of availability.
Any change to artwork, specifications, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishing options, delivery requirements or any other aspect of the order may result in a revised quotation.
Sky Print and Enterprise reserves the right to correct any genuine pricing, typographical, calculation or administrative errors identified before an order has entered production.
A quotation shall not be regarded as an accepted order until confirmation has been issued by Sky Print and Enterprise and any applicable payment or deposit requirements have been satisfied.
Orders and Acceptance
Orders may be placed through our website, by email or through other communication methods accepted by Sky Print and Enterprise.
Receipt of an enquiry or order request does not automatically create a contract between the customer and Sky Print and Enterprise. An order will only become binding once it has been reviewed and accepted by us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before production begins where:
- Required information is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Artwork or supplied materials are unsuitable for production.
- Payment requirements have not been satisfied.
- The requested products cannot reasonably be supplied.
- The order may breach applicable laws or intellectual property rights.
- Circumstances arise outside our reasonable control that prevent fulfilment.
Where an order cannot be accepted, we will endeavour to inform the customer as soon as reasonably practicable.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the nature of the customer and the quotation provided. Where VAT is applicable, it will be shown separately on quotations or invoices where required by law.
Delivery charges, additional production costs, artwork amendments, design services, special finishes or other optional services may be charged separately where applicable.
Although every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, genuine errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified before production has commenced, Sky Print and Enterprise reserves the right to withdraw, amend or correct the quotation before the order proceeds. In such circumstances, customers will be given the opportunity to accept the revised quotation or cancel the order before production begins.
Customer Communication
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information throughout the ordering process.
Important updates regarding quotations, artwork approval, payment, production, dispatch or delivery may be communicated by email, telephone or other agreed communication methods. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor these communications and respond promptly where action is required to avoid unnecessary delays.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment or any agreed deposit must be received and cleared before production of any order begins. Sky Print and Enterprise reserves the right to withhold production, dispatch or delivery until all required payments have been received.
Payments are currently accepted by bank transfer using the details provided on our official quotation or invoice. Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made using the correct payment reference where applicable.
Time for payment shall be of the essence. An order shall not be considered paid until cleared funds have been received into the nominated bank account of Sky Print and Enterprise.
If payment is not received by the agreed due date, Sky Print and Enterprise reserves the right to suspend production, delay delivery, refuse further orders, cancel outstanding work or exercise any other legal rights available.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices shall be payable in Pounds Sterling (£).
Ownership of Goods and Risk
Ownership of the Goods shall remain with Sky Print and Enterprise until all outstanding amounts relating to the relevant order have been paid in full.
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery address or upon collection by the customer or their nominated representative, whichever occurs first.
Until ownership has transferred, customers shall take reasonable care of the Goods and shall not knowingly sell, alter, dispose of or otherwise deal with the Goods in a manner inconsistent with Sky Print and Enterprise’s ownership rights.
Until ownership passes to the customer, Sky Print and Enterprise reserves all rights, title and interest in the goods. The customer shall not sell, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of the goods before ownership has passed, except where permitted by law.
Customer Artwork and Print Files
Customers may provide artwork, logos, branding materials, packaging designs, PDF files, Adobe Illustrator files, images, text, technical drawings or other production files required for manufacturing their products.
Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring that all supplied artwork and production files are complete, accurate and suitable for printing.
Sky Print and Enterprise accepts artwork in good faith and does not independently verify spelling, grammar, measurements, legal compliance, product information, barcode accuracy, QR codes, contact details or other customer supplied content unless specifically agreed as part of a separate design or proofreading service.
Where artwork requires modification to achieve suitable print quality or manufacturing requirements, we may recommend amendments before production. However, responsibility for approving all final artwork remains with the customer.
Artwork may be submitted through our website where upload functionality is available or by email using formats reasonably suitable for commercial printing.
Artwork Proof Approval
Where digital proofs, artwork previews, mock-ups or production visuals are supplied, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing every aspect before providing final approval.
Customers should check, among other things, spelling, grammar, layout, positioning, colours, dimensions, product information, contact details, barcodes, QR codes, images, logos and any other information appearing within the artwork.
Production will normally commence only after the customer has provided clear approval of the final proof where a proof is supplied.
Once artwork has been approved, Sky Print and Enterprise shall not be responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies that were present within the approved proof.
Any amendments requested after artwork approval may result in additional production costs, revised delivery schedules or a revised quotation.
Intellectual Property
Customers warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary permissions, licences and legal rights to use any artwork, trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics, text or other materials supplied for printing or production.
Customers agree that the submission of artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights, copyright, trademark rights or other legal rights of any third party.
Sky Print and Enterprise shall not be responsible for verifying ownership of customer supplied artwork and accepts such materials in good faith.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sky Print and Enterprise against claims, damages, liabilities, legal costs or expenses arising from the reproduction of customer supplied materials that infringe the rights of any third party.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date information throughout the quotation and ordering process.
Customers should ensure that all specifications, quantities, measurements, materials, colours, finishes and delivery information are correct before confirming an order.
Where changes are requested after production has commenced, additional costs and revised production schedules may apply.
Customers should retain backup copies of all artwork, designs and production files submitted to Sky Print and Enterprise. Although reasonable care is taken when handling customer files, we cannot guarantee long-term storage of submitted artwork and accept no responsibility for accidental loss of customer supplied files.
Design Assistance
Where Sky Print and Enterprise provides artwork assistance, layout adjustments or design support, such services shall be limited to the scope agreed with the customer.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, design assistance does not include legal verification, regulatory compliance checking, proofreading, trademark searches, barcode validation or technical approval of customer supplied content.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving all final artwork before production.
Production Process
Production will normally begin only after all required information has been received, artwork has been approved where applicable, and any required payment or deposit has been cleared.Production schedules are based upon the information available at the time an order is confirmed. Consequently, delays in providing artwork, approving proofs, responding to enquiries or supplying additional information may result in revised production or delivery times.Sky Print and Enterprise reserves the right to use appropriate production methods, equipment, manufacturing processes and approved fulfilment partners where reasonably necessary to complete customer orders efficiently while maintaining the agreed product specification and quality standards.Where circumstances reasonably require, equivalent materials, production techniques or manufacturing processes may be used provided they do not materially affect the agreed functionality, purpose or overall quality of the finished product.Colour Variation
Printed colours may differ from colours displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, tablets, office printers, previous print runs or digital proofs. This is because colours can appear differently depending on screen calibration, lighting conditions, printing processes, inks, coatings, substrates and manufacturing methods.Accordingly, reasonable colour variation shall not be regarded as a manufacturing defect.Where colour accuracy is particularly important, customers should discuss their requirements before production begins so that appropriate print options or proofing methods can be considered where reasonably available.Manufacturing Tolerances
Commercial printing and packaging production involves recognised manufacturing tolerances. Minor variations may occur during cutting, folding, creasing, die-cutting, gluing, lamination, foiling, embossing, debossing, varnishing, finishing and related manufacturing processes.Such reasonable variations are considered normal within the commercial printing industry and shall not constitute defects where they do not materially affect the intended use of the finished product.Dimensions and Quantity Tolerances
Finished product dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, material characteristics and production tolerances.Likewise, completed order quantities may vary slightly from the quantity ordered where such variation results from normal commercial manufacturing processes.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reasonable variations in dimensions or production quantities shall be considered acceptable and shall not constitute grounds for rejection of the order.Materials and Specifications
Product appearance, texture, board thickness, paper weight, finish, coating, colour shade and other material characteristics may vary slightly between manufacturing batches due to the nature of commercial production and material availability.Where equivalent materials are used, Sky Print and Enterprise will endeavour to ensure that the finished product remains suitable for its intended purpose and maintains the agreed overall quality.Customers requesting exact material matching between separate production runs should notify us before placing an order. While every reasonable effort will be made, exact consistency between different production batches cannot always be guaranteed.Production and Delivery Times
Any production schedules or estimated delivery dates provided by Sky Print and Enterprise are estimates only and are supplied in good faith based on the information available at the time.Although every reasonable effort will be made to meet estimated timescales, production and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.Production or delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customer delays, artwork amendments, supplier issues, transport disruption, customs procedures, adverse weather, industrial action, system failures or other unforeseen events.Accordingly, Sky Print and Enterprise shall not be liable for delays that are outside our reasonable control.Delivery
Delivery arrangements will be agreed during the quotation or ordering process. Estimated delivery charges, where applicable, will normally be shown separately on quotations or invoices.Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that suitable access is available for delivery where required. If delivery cannot be completed because incorrect delivery information has been provided or delivery cannot reasonably be made, additional charges may apply for redelivery, storage or administration.Where delivery is arranged through third-party logistics providers or courier services, Sky Print and Enterprise will take reasonable care in arranging dispatch but cannot accept responsibility for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Force Majeure
Sky Print and Enterprise shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, industrial action, transportation disruptions, power outages, cyber incidents, pandemics, government restrictions, customs delays, supplier interruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise any disruption and resume normal operations as soon as reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.Subject to the above, Sky Print and Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from or connected with the supply of goods or services. Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Sky Print and Enterprise immediately.Cancellation requests received before production has commenced may be accepted at our discretion. However, any reasonable costs already incurred, including design work, artwork preparation, administration, materials ordered or other work undertaken specifically for the order, may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible because products are manufactured specifically for the customer.Where cancellation is accepted after production has started, Sky Print and Enterprise reserves the right to charge for all work completed, materials used and other reasonable costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing contained within these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.Where products are custom manufactured, personalised or produced to your individual specification, certain cancellation rights available for standard goods may not apply. Where customer information is shared with such providers, only the information reasonably required to perform the relevant service will be disclosed. We take reasonable steps to work with organisations that are expected to handle information appropriately and securely.
Our use of trusted third-party providers does not affect our commitment to providing professional customer service or maintaining appropriate standards throughout the order process.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to any statutory rights available to consumers, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or the supply of Goods or Services by Sky Print and Enterprise.

No Waiver
If Sky Print and Enterprise delays or chooses not to enforce any right or provision contained within these Terms and Conditions, this shall not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right available to us.
Any waiver shall only be effective where expressly confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Sky Print and Enterprise.

These Terms are intended to provide clarity, fairness and transparency for both our customers and Sky Print and Enterprise, helping to ensure a smooth ordering process from quotation through to successful delivery.
Samples and Mock-ups
Where physical samples, digital mock-ups, prototypes or visual representations are provided before production, they are intended as guides only unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Reasonable differences may occur between samples, digital previews and the final manufactured products due to commercial printing processes, materials, finishes, lighting conditions, manufacturing techniques and production methods.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, samples shall not be interpreted as guaranteeing an exact match in every aspect of the finished product.
Storage and Uncollected Orders
Where completed Goods cannot be delivered or collected because of customer delay, incorrect delivery information, failure to respond or any other reason outside the reasonable control of Sky Print and Enterprise, we reserve the right to arrange secure storage of the Goods.

If there has been no meaningful response after reasonable attempts to contact the customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover any reasonable costs already incurred, including design work, administration, production preparation or materials purchased specifically for that order where permitted by law.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
To protect both our customers and our business, Sky Print and Enterprise reserves the right to verify customer identity, billing information, delivery details or order information where we reasonably believe additional verification is necessary.
We may refuse, suspend or cancel any quotation or order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised transactions, unlawful use of intellectual property, false information or any activity that may expose Sky Print and Enterprise, our customers or our business partners to legal or financial risk.
Any verification measures will be carried out in accordance with applicable legal and data protection requirements.
Business Continuity
Sky Print and Enterprise continually reviews its operational procedures to maintain reliable service and minimise disruption. Where circumstances require adjustments to production scheduling, suppliers, manufacturing methods, fulfilment arrangements or logistics, we reserve the right to implement reasonable operational changes provided they do not materially reduce the quality, functionality or agreed specification of the Goods supplied.
Such operational decisions are made to ensure continuity of service, maintain product quality and fulfil customer orders as efficiently as reasonably possible.
Acceptance of Goods
The Goods shall be deemed accepted once they have been delivered and the customer has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect them, unless the customer notifies Sky Print and Enterprise of a genuine issue in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The use, resale, distribution, modification or incorporation of the Goods into other products may be treated as acceptance of the Goods except where a manufacturing defect could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.
